HOUSE RULES AT MERRIFIELD HOUSE

Please and thank you for reading and adhering to the following:

• No guests under 18 years or additional house guests.

• Maximum one vehicle per room.

• Strictly no smoking, vaping, candles or incense inside the house or in the garden snug.

• Maximum one well-behaved dog per room. Please book in advance and pay on arrival (£25 per dog/ per stay - this increases to £50 if not booked in advance).

• Bed linen and towels are provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.

• Anyone displaying unacceptable behaviour or language, will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be given.

• Damaged property, lost and unreturned keys will be reclaimed from your security deposit.
